10 Mind-Blowing Attempts At Explaining Time

Image
Time is a weird thing. We don’t all seem to experience it in quite the same way—sometimes it passes quickly, sometimes slowly, and it seems to go by faster and faster the older we get. There have been plenty of theories that attempt to explain just what time is and why it’s so mysterious, and some of them are pretty mind-bending. 10 St. Augustine’s Theory Of Mind-Time Christian philosopher St. Augustine had a couple of things to say about time. First, he said that time was absolutely not infinite. Time was, according to him, created by God, and it’s impossible to create  something that’s infinite . He also said that time actually exists only in our mind, a bizarre conclusion that all has to do with how we interpret time. We may say that something lasted a long time or a short time, but St. Augustine said that there’s no real way to quantify that. When something is in the past, it no longer has any properties of being anything because it doesn’t exist anymore, and when we s...

S/O Satyamurthy Movie Review

S/O Satyamurthy Movie Review Story: Virajalam (Allu Arjun) is the S/O Satyamurthy (Prakash Raj) who is super rich. A tragedy strikes the family and they were forced to adjust to a middle class set-up. The rest of the story is about how the protagonist restores his family name with the help of values inherited from his father! Artists Performance: Allu Arjun: He excelled as an actor and given his career best performance in few scenes, especially the sequence where Protagonist explains to Samantha about his Father. Upped the Style Quotient, Maintained Dignity, Exhibits Emotions to Perfection and Danced Superbly to walk away with the top honors. Samantha as the Love Interest of Protagonist is good enough. Adah Sharma looks gorgeous. Upendra as Devaraj, a powerful village strongman, is just perfect. Sneha is apt for the role of Devaraj's Wife. Nithya Menon makes her presence felt playing Devaraj's Sister. Rajendra Prasad produces few laughs with his mannerisms an...

Avunu 2 Flop

Image
(1.5 / 5) : Poor    After the horrible experiences with Captain Raju's ghost, Mohini (Poorna) and Harsha (Harshavardhan Rane) moves to another flat in Hyderabad. Mohini who is still struggling to come to normal terms meets a Naga Sadhu who gives her a locket which saves her from evil. After few days, Mohini once again starts to feel the paranormal activity in the house. Harsha do not believe her but still gets Sanjana (Sanjjanaa) to track any paranormal activity using her thermal camera. Rest of the story is about what this problem is and how the couple fights it. Poorna is good except in the parts where she looked terrified and screaming her lungs out. Harshavardhan Rane is similar to many ordinary roles he played so far. Sanjjanna and Nikitha Thukral are okay. Ravi Varma fails to convince as a Schizophrenic patient. Chakravarthy is partially fine in his limited character. Avunu 2 is quite similar to the numerous ghost thrillers we got in the past where a cou...

Avunu 2 Story: Following the tragic attack by the ghost Captain Raju, grieving couple Mohini (Poorna) and Harsha (Harshvardhan Rane) move to a new secluded flat in Hyderabad. Harsh is perfervid about starting over, but Mohini is having difficulties letting things go. As Harsh recovers from the injuries completes his parent’s final rituals, that’s where a Naga Sadhu meets Mohini and gives her a locket to protect her from a specific entity. In a short time, Mohini start to experience phantasmal presence and starts experiencing the effects. The house’s iniquity begins to grow-in   on the couple. Desperate to learn the secrets, Harsha asks Sanjjanna (Sanjjanna) to visit his home and see what reading she picks up on her thermal camera. Are the disturbances in the house due to the spirit of Raju following them or something more sinister? Star Performance Poorna is fine in her role. Except for looking terrified and screaming her lungs out, she has precious li...

Chappie

Cast: Dev Patel, Hugh Jackman , Sharlto Copley, Ninja, Yo-Landi Visser, Jose Pablo Cantillo, Sigourney Weaver Director: Neill Blomkamp THE most surprising part of Chappie , by Academy Award-nominee Blomkamp, is that Hugh Jackman plays second fiddle to Dev Patel. The second surprising part is that Patel holds his own. As Deon Wilson — no, no Indian-lineage hints — Patel is the lead programmer of the Scouts programme, which has provided Johannesburg with an all-robotic police force and brought order to the lawless town. Patel is working on making his machines better through giving them artificial intelligence. Jackman is a war veteran, Vincent Moore, who doesn’t care for nerds such as colleague Wilson, wears shorts to office unlike Wilson’s tie and shirt, and who is pushing for his own Moore programme in which humans will control a crime-busting robot via a neuro-transmitter helmet. Things take a turn when Wilson is denied permission to try his breakthrough A.I. technology o...

Fast & Furious 7 (2015)

Image
‘Furious 7’ is a silly, fun ride that sends off            Paul Walker with love and respect  Paul Walker died during the filming of "' Furious 7 ," but he remains a key part of the saga. “Furious 7” is the biggest, silliest movie in the “Fast and Furious” franchise, officially transforming the series into “The Avengers” with muscle cars. But what’s wrong with big and silly? Directed with over-the-top panache by horror maestro James Wan (“Saw,” “Insidious”), the film is a live-action cartoon starring caricatures rather than characters. But, hey, these are charismatic personalities played by actors in on the joke. They maintain straight faces as they sell their macho dialogue and drive sports cars off the Burj Khalifa. Picking up shortly after the events of “Fast and Furious 6” (2013), the movie introduces a new, big, bald baddie. Jason Statham’s Deckard Shaw is a ruthless assassin none too happy with the troun...

S/O Satyamurthy Inside Talk

Image
Stylish Star Allu Arjun's S/O Satyamurthy is all set for a grand release on April 9th. There are huge expectations riding on the film from all quarters. And to satisfy our readers' curiosity, we are letting out the Inside Talk of the movie.  Our sources say the influence of Attarintiki Daredi and many other family entertainers in recent times can be clearly seen on the film. The First half of the film is stuffed with romance and fun which goes well. However the movie derails in the second half with dropping pace and high amount of predictability. However the movie is still an average to okay watch for audience this summer.
